Policy and Privacy

This is a legal agreement between GPS Server Indonesia users (gsi-tracking.com) in using our service. By using our services, users are deemed to agree and be bound by these terms and conditions and agreement. If the user does not agree, then please do not use our services.

Quick overview

GPS Server Indonesia’s privacy policy is very simple - all data we collect is used only to provide services to our users. Specifically:

· We do not sell, share user data with anyone

· We do not mine data for patterns;

· We do not access your location data without your permission.

Information we collect:

· We collect the bare minimum of information required for GPS tracking

· Username and password - used to authenticate the user. Passwords are randomized before being stored in our database. We don't store plain text keywords;

· E-mail - used to notify users of service changes and to reset forgotten passwords;

· GPS location data - sent by your GPS device or mobile device when running tracking software. We send the following data: GPS coordinates, speed, altitude, title, current time, various sensor parameters. We do not send phone numbers, contact lists, or other data stored on your mobile device;

· HTTP requests - as with most web services, we keep a log of all incoming HTTP requests. Web logs contain IP addresses, requested URLs, referring URLs, and other such attributes provided by your browser.

Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We've taken further steps to prevent unauthorized access to your data, including running firewall software and keeping our servers up-to-date with security patches. However, we cannot guarantee nondisclosure of personal information due to factors beyond our control. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact us as soon as possible.

Map

We use maps from several providers, we do not guarantee that the maps used are always the same every time. We can change the map at any time depending on the situation and conditions.

Travel history data

The length of travel history stored on gsi-tracking.com is within the last 30 days. We can change the length of time historical data is stored on the server depending on the situation and conditions.

Change

We can change this agreement at any time for any reason by posting the amended agreement on the website.
